Cuisine Canada members are Canada’s leading food professionals. They are the trendsetters, innovators and leaders of our Canadian food culture. Our membership includes food editors from magazines such as Canadian Living, Chatelaine, Elm Street magazine and newspapers like the Montreal Gazette and Vancouver Sun; food writers, cookbook authors, executive chefs; commodity associations, home economists, food processors, caterers, publishers, academics and government.
